Your First Appointment
At your first appointment at Shawnee Hills Dental, Dr. Kelsey Esber and her team will take the time to get to know you and your smile. Dr. Esber knows that each person is unique and we will work hard to prioritize your goals and your dental health!
Prior to your visit, please complete the new patient forms online and submit them directly to our office through our secure portal (see forms below).
In order to perform the most complete examination possible, your initial appointment will be scheduled for 90 minutes. During this time, we will take digital x-rays and intraoral photos, complete a health screening of your gum tissue, and perform a thorough examination of your teeth, jaw, and oral soft tissues. Dr. Esber will then outline a detailed summary of any existing dental problems and make individualized treatment recommendations.

Dr. Kelsey Esber is a participating provider in several dental insurance networks, including Delta Dental, Cigna, Anthem, Aetna, Guardian, United HealthCare, and many others. We understand that individual dental insurance plans can be complicated and we will do our best to assist you in understanding your individual plan’s benefits at our office.
